Tartuflanghe Truffle Festival 2016
Tartuflanghe Truffle Festival is organised by the official importer in Hong Kong Abrate and Sons in collaboration with arete food and wine and it takes place this winter in Hong Kong. The festival starts on Tuesday November 1st and it runs until Sunday December 18th when we celebrate the white truffle with a four hands dinner with Michelin Star Chef Pino Lavarra and a very famous Spanish Chef at Tosca (Ritz Carlton Hotel).
Domenica Bertolusso and Beppe Montanaro, founders of the company, started their experience in the “truffle world” in the 1968, marketing the fresh truffle from the Piedmont region.
Today Tartuflanghe offers more than 100 different recipes: a big variety of Italian specialities and truffle products made through an accurate selection of raw materials. The quality is guaranteed by the high professional competence used during the production, the respect of tradition and the handcrafted methods along with technology and innovation.
The first White Truffle Dinner of the year was celebrated at Nicolini’s (Conrad Hotel) where Chef Luca De Bernardis has created a special five course dinner with white truffles. Restaurant Manager Antoine Causel has suggested the best wine pairing with Barolo and Barbaresco wines.
Starting from Tuesday November 1st to Tuesday November 22sh Tartuflanghe launches his collaboration with Green Monday at their Vegetarian Green Common shops in Sheung Wan (1/F C., Des Voeux Rd Central) and in Central (Landmark Store. Shop B2, Basement 1, Alexandra House, 16-20 Chater Road). Special promotions, dishes and tasty offers for green clients!
The last event of the Festival will be an exciting four hands dinner presented by Michelin Star Chef Pino Lavarra and a very famous Spanish Chef (December 16-17) at Tosca, Ritz Carlton HK.
