Longino&Cardenal, in collaboration with Guffanti Formaggi organised a special cheese tasting at Nicolini’s restaurant (Conrad Hotel Hong Kong).
The tasting was a nice occasion to celebrate the opening of the Wine and Cheese Library where cheese lovers can find a special cheese selection made by Giovanni Guffanti and Chef Luca de Berardinis

Attilio Zaffanello (World of Wines Company) sponsored the wines for the tasting. The Riesling HERZU from the winery Ettore Germano (Langhe-Piedmont, Italy) has been the perfect match with Guffanti cheeses
