Longino&Cardenal Giraldo Bacalao Workshop and Dinner
On Wednesday 13th of May Longino & Cardenal organised an intresting workshop for chefs and foodies
After the workshop with Chef Jose Gonzales Oliver from Giraldo, we enjoyed the dinner; Chef Luca Marinelli from ISONO and Chef Jose Gonzales Oliver have created a menu to enhance Bacalao Giraldo. All dishes have been paired with the Spanish wines sponsored by World of Wines.
