We always write about restaurants and professional chef, but sometime you can find a beautiful mix of food, fine wine and hospitality in a private kitchen. Thomas has the passion and the knowledge about good cousine and this post is to thank him for a beautiful evening I spent with friends at his elegant table.

During the dinner we taste amazing wines selected by Thomas:
Boggina Fattoria Petrolo 2009 –, Barbera D’Alba Roberto Voerzio 1999 and Barolo Giacomo Conterno 1970
After the pasta Thomas made for us a special risotto with beetroot and smoked cheese
and to finish a selection of sausages… before the hand made Japanise honey sorbetto
We finish with a cheers with Ziegler Grappa…
