3 Stars for 8 1/2 Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA
Since 2012, the restaurant 8 1/2 Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA is the first and only three Michelin-starred Italian chef outside of Italy, and was again awarded three stars by the “2013 Michelin Guide Hong Kong & Macau”

Sunday December 9th, Umberto Bombana will host an exclusive truffle dinner and auction to benefit the Hong Kong charity Mother’s Choice.
Bombana, awarded the title of Worldwide Ambassador of the White Truffle by the Piedmontese regional Enoteca Cavour in 2006, designed a multi-course white truffle menu created specially for the evening. To complement the menu, Gaia Gaja – of the 5th generation of winemakers at her family vineyard – will present a special selection of rare vintage Gaja wines to accompany each course.
